This Privacy Policy explains how HONG KONG YUAN HAN LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) processes relevant information when you use this application.
1. Local-first: Most health data that you manually enter, record, or generate within the application is stored locally on your device by default and is used only for your own recording, viewing, management, and reference.
2. Minimum necessity: We process information only within the scope necessary to implement the corresponding functions and do not collect information beyond what is required.
3. Transparency and control: You may decide whether to grant system permissions, use online features, or enter, delete, or export local records.
4. Cautious use of network services: Unless you actively use features that require online processing, we will not actively upload health records stored locally on your device.
The current version mainly provides the following features: heart rate measurement and recording, face scan measurement, fingertip measurement, blood pressure records, blood glucose records, blood oxygen records, water intake records, weight and basic information management, diet records and nutrition analysis, food photo recognition, blood pressure and blood glucose image recognition and entry, health reports and trend viewing, reminder notifications, membership subscription and purchase restoration, account login and membership status synchronization, settings, and local data management.

Health record information that you actively enter or generate: including but not limited to heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood oxygen, water intake, weight, diet, basic profile information, notes, and related statistical results. Such information is generally stored locally on your device and is used only for your personal viewing and reference.
2. Your local settings and preference information: including gender, age, height, weight, target values, units, reminder times, membership display status, and other application settings, mainly used for local display and calculation.
3. Device and account-related information: When you use login, membership activation, purchase restoration, or membership status synchronization features, we may process device identifiers, login status information, membership status information, Apple transaction receipts, and other information necessary to complete the relevant services.
4. Information submitted when you actively trigger online features: When you actively use image recognition or other online features that require server-side processing, the necessary content you enter, the images you select or take, and the information required to implement the relevant functions may be sent to servers for processing in order to complete the feature request initiated by you.
The system permissions involved in the current version and their purposes are as follows:
1. Camera permission: Used for face scan measurement, fingertip measurement, and taking photos of food, blood pressure monitors, blood glucose images, etc., for recognition, recording, or related analysis.
2. Microphone permission: Used for relevant in-app audio features.
3. Photo library permission: Used to read local images that you actively select for food recognition, blood pressure/blood glucose image recognition, or related result-saving operations.
4. Notification permission: Used for local notification features such as water intake reminders, health reminders, and next-day reminders.
You may disable the above permissions at any time in your system settings. Disabling permissions will only affect the corresponding features and will not affect the normal use of other features.
1. We value your data privacy. Most health data, historical records, statistical results, and settings that you record within the application are stored locally by default and are used only for your own recording, viewing, reference, and management.
2. If you do not actively use features that require online processing, relevant local health records are generally not uploaded to servers.
3. However, when you actively use image recognition, membership purchase, purchase restoration, account login, membership status synchronization, or other online processing features, the information necessary to implement such features will be transmitted and processed via the network.
4. We will not use your information to create advertising profiles unrelated to health management, nor will we sell your personal information.
Except in the following circumstances, we will not share or disclose your information to unrelated third parties:
1. We have obtained your explicit authorization, or the relevant feature is actively triggered by you;
2. The processing is necessary to complete an online feature that you actively use;
3. The disclosure is required by laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, or competent authorities in accordance with the law.
1. You may view, modify, and delete your local records and related settings within the application at any time.
2. You may withdraw permissions such as camera, microphone, photo library, and notification permissions in your system settings.
3. You may cancel auto-renewal in your system subscription settings.
4. After you uninstall this application, the application data stored locally on your device will be deleted along with the application and will no longer be processed. Data that you have actively submitted for online feature processing will be handled according to the processing flow of the corresponding feature.
The application offers optional paid memberships. Payment, billing, and subscription lifecycle management are handled by Apple through your Apple ID. We do not receive or store your full payment card details; Apple provides us with transaction-related information (such as subscription status and receipts) as needed to activate membership and restore purchases.
Current membership options (USD, subject to the price shown in the App Store at the time of purchase):
1. Weekly membership: the first week is US$0.99; from the second week onward, the subscription renews at US$9.90 per week unless you cancel before the renewal date.
2. Annual membership: US$47.90 per year, billed annually unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same duration and at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device, or via the App Store account page).
If you use account login or membership status synchronization, we may process identifiers and membership status associated with your account as described in Section 3 to provide the subscribed features across your devices where supported.
