Welcome to use this application. This User Agreement is entered into by and between HONG KONG YUAN HAN LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) and you regarding your use of this application. By downloading, installing, registering, logging in to, or using this application, you are deemed to have read and agreed to this Agreement.
1. This application mainly provides services such as health data recording, trend display, report viewing, and health management assistance. Some features may require an active subscription.
2. The information displayed in the application is for daily health management reference only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment basis.
1. You shall provide true, legal, and valid information, and ensure that your use of this application complies with applicable laws and regulations.
2. You shall not use this application to engage in illegal activities, interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this application, or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of us or any third party in any form.
1. You shall properly keep your account, device, and related login information, and shall be responsible for all operations under your account.
2. Any risks or losses caused by your own reasons, such as account leakage, device loss, or improper custody, shall be borne by you.
We will process your relevant information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and take reasonable security measures to protect your data. Unless otherwise required by laws and regulations or expressly authorized by you, we will not disclose your personal information to unrelated third parties.
1. Certain features are offered as paid subscriptions through In-App Purchase. Current plans include: (a) Weekly membership: US$0.99 for the first weekly billing period, then US$9.99 per week, automatically renewing each week until you cancel; (b) Annual membership: US$47.90 per year, automatically renewing each year until you cancel. The App Store may display prices in your local currency; if there is any discrepancy, the real-time purchase screen shall prevail.
2. Payment is collected by Apple Inc. on our behalf via In-App Purchase. Your purchase is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
3. Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will renew automatically for the same term and price tier (or the then-current price if we have notified a change as described below).
4. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device’s Settings under Apple ID > Subscriptions. After cancellation, your membership benefits for the already-paid current period remain available until that period expires; subsequent periods will not renew.
5. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s refund rules and processes; please contact Apple Support where applicable.
6. We may adjust subscription plans, standard or introductory prices, or promotional offers as permitted by law and platform rules. We will notify you through reasonable means such as in-app announcements or purchase page displays where required; the purchase page at the time of checkout governs.
Due to factors such as device performance, network conditions, collection environment, user operation, and individual differences, the data, analysis results, and suggestions displayed by the application may contain errors or limitations. Paid or subscription features are provided on the same basis and do not constitute medical advice. If you feel unwell or have health concerns, please consult a professional doctor in a timely manner.
We have the right to update this Agreement within the scope permitted by law. After the update, we will notify you through reasonable means such as in-app announcements or page displays. If you continue to use this application after the Agreement is updated, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Agreement. The formation, performance, and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Where this Agreement refers to subscription fees, billing, or cancellations, applicable platform rules may also apply.
